Log into your Testa Toro account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure faster processing by our warehouse team.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
